St. Catherine University STEM instructor Sherri Kreuser worked with Elizabeth Lish, 7, and her brother Jacob, 9, members of St. Michael parish in St. Michael, to create a paper piston and windshield wiper blade during “STEM at the State Fair Day” Aug. 26. St. Kate's National Center for STEM  joined 17 other statewide organizations for the event held in Carousel Park to demonstrate the power and excitement of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
